Meat rendering crusher is specially designed for size reduction of different types of materials in the meat processing plants. It is particularly robust because it has been designed for grinding complete carcasses of horses, pigs, and cattle, as well as all types of offal and bones from meat and poultry slaughterhouses. These crushers are used to crush the meat and bone charge into small particles within the range 25-75 mm. The shaft's crusher is placed from both ends on heavy-duty bearings, which can withstand heavy loads. The motor of the meat rendering crusher will be automatically shut off if a large foreign object enters the machine. The machines comply with EC Regulation No. 1069/2009.
